Our terms & conditions relate to goods supplied to you through this website. Please read and agree all the terms before making your purchase.
“we” means Glitz for the Girls and “you” means our customer or potential customer for products.
Placing and order with Glitz for the Girls:
Please add the products you wish to purchase to your shopping bag, choose your required options to personalise your items and then follow the checkout procedure.
Create or log on to your account (it is not mandatory to register with us and you are able to check out without logging in).
Ensure you have read and agreed to our terms and conditions.
Proceed to the checkout page.
An order acknowledgement will then be sent to you.
Should, for any reason, we be unable to meet your order requirements we will contact you to advise
Upon arrival of your order if your item(s) are either faulty or incorrect please adhere to the following:
Please contact us within 24 hrs to advise of the issue. We can be contacted either by phone or email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
All faulty/incorrect items (once agreed) must be returned to Glitz for the Girls.
If an error has been made on our part we will refund for the cost of postage to return the item(s).
We will endeavour to send replacement items out to asap, however if we are unable to do this in time for your event we will contact you and issue a full refund.
