Deliveries & Returns

Delivery

We aim to deliver all UK orders within 7 WORKING DAYS.

All orders within the UK are posted via Post Office recorded delivery or for larger orders Parcelforce and ONCE POSTED should arrive within 1-3 days. Overseas orders will all be sent tracked with International Mail (post office service). Please allow up to 2 weeks from completion for delivery of an overseas order.

PLEASE NOTE THAT FROM TIME TO TIME, DURING BUSY PERIODS, THESE PRODUCTION TIMES CAN VARY AND A MESSAGE WILL BE DISPLAYED ON OUR WEBSITE TO ADVISE OF EXTENDED DELIVERY TIMES.

Once your order has been posted you will receive an automatic notification (please check your spam folder regularly if you do not receive this notification).  If you receive a damaged item please notify us within 3 business days via email. Our liability is limited to replacement of the item, if available and upon receipt of the damaged item, in time for your event.

Refunds & Exchanges

Faulty items are not refunded unless we are unable to replace the item. If you enter an incorrect postage address or fail to pick it up from the Post Office and the order is returned to Glitz for the Girls, you are responsible for the shipping costs to re-send the package back to you. Orders should be delivered within 7 working days (not including weekends or bank holidays) however in busy periods orders can take up to 14 working days to arrive.

Please note that due to our items being personalised we do not offer either returns or exchanges on our items so please ensure the correct size/s are ordered. However, if in the event that Glitz for the Girls has made a mistake with the order we will send the correct item at no further cost or issue a full refund if we are unable to send a replacement in time for your event.

Please contact Glitz for the Girls within 3 days via email on enquiries@glitzforthegirls.co.uk if an error or faulty item has been sent. Unfortunately we are unable to accept any claims made after you have been receipt of the item for 3 days. Please also ensure that the correct size/(s) are ordered as we are unable to issue refunds or exchanges if an incorrect size has been purchased.
